| We are pleased to offer free, insured, UPS ground shipping to the Continental USA, but we do not offer free international shipping due to increased shipping charges and foreign recipients will be responsible for any taxes, import duties or freight forwarding fees that are required for international shipments. Larger clocks, including Grandfather, or floor clocks are also not available with free shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions about our free shipping policy.
Signatures are required for delivery on all merchandise. You can waive the signature requirement directly with the carrier, however, Suburban Clock will not be liable for theft of merchandise left at the door.
All returns and shipments to Suburban Clock and Repair must be given advance clearance by our personnel. We are not responsible for any package that we receive that was improperly packaged or sent without authorization.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your clock within thirty days of purchase as long as the merchandise is returned in new condition with the original packaging, or you may return it for the full cost less a 5% restocking fee.
Please check your merchandise upon delivery for damage!
Products are picked-up at Suburban Clock and Repair and signed for in good condition by the freight carrier. Damage caused, by the carrier, in transit between Suburban Clock and Repair and the consumer, is not covered by the warranty. Freight damaged products must be inspected by the freight carrier within 15 days of delivery by the carrier or your claim will be denied. In the event of freight damage or loss, a claim is to be filed by the consignee (person receiving the clock) with the freight carrier.
In the event of freight damage please report all damage claims upon receipt of your purchase.
Suburban Clock and Repair will not accept any returns or exchanges on International sales. International shipping is not covered under any warranty.
Suburban Clock is not responsible for quality or damage of used and repaired clocks. All clocks that leave our repair shop are in good working order and any further damage due to mishandling or shipping is not the responsibility of Suburban Clock and Repair. Our repair services do not come with a replacement guarantee for any reason.
